10 yearsWhile we were busy with our laptop, our home phone rang, but I couldn't make it downstairs in time. So, we decided to call 1471 to find out who it was. Soon after, our mobile buzzed showing an 'incoming call', but it didn’t reveal who was calling. Thankfully, we have a caller ID system, so we usually know who's reaching out. When I attempted to ring back, nothing went through, which struck me as rather odd since this is the first instance of such an occurrence.
