I dont know anyone in Newark-on-Trent, so if it wasnt a wrong number, probably a scam or something. I wonder if that BT number was even legit? One time I called an 0800 that looked like it was from a real broadband security site, but it was some guy in India who told me my package had been hacked. Funny, right? Then he told me to type 'join.zoho.com' into my browser, and that’s when i got suspicious and hung up. Turns out, I didnt even need any extra security - Windows10 has built in protection you just need to activate.
