this guy with a foreign accent rang me up, saying he wasn’t hearing me properly. then i kept asking if he knew about 'caller preference' and what it's about. he got a bit annoyed and said why didn’t i mention that straight away? i explained it was because he kept saying he couldn’t hear me. then he snapped that he didn’t have time for the chat and sounded pretty angry.
