Got a call from 01636 302 107, a bloke named Tom saying our loft insulation might be causing damp. He claimed they were fixing problems nearby. When I asked for the company's name, the line suddenly went silent. He then asked if I was still there, but I just stayed quiet and the call soon ended. It sounded like it was some kind of recording, but a pretty convincing one. My elderly mum had a similar call last week and she firmly told them not to ring again. She got quite worried and had to call the family. This is 100% a scam, don’t give them any info or confirm anything!
