11 yearsI picked up the phone to hear someone asking for a “Mr” when there’s definitely no “Mr” here. Then they proceeded to ramble on about a supposed accident I’d supposedly been in, which is a load of nonsense. They even queried if I had perhaps been involved in an incident at a supermarket - again, absolutely no relevance whatsoever. Next, they probed if I was certain there wasn’t anyone else listed on my insurance policy - still completely off the mark. When you ring this number, you’re greeted by someone rather rudely inquiring if it’s regarding a missed call. They seem to make prior attempts without leaving any voicemails, which is quite cheeky.
