I could tell it was a cold call straight away so I just burst out laughing, but the woman on the other side didn’t seem to think it was funny one bit and ended up hanging up on me lol.

I got a call from a woman who knew my name and said she had my file about some issue. When I asked her what it was, she just hung up on me. Then when I tried to call back, the number said it wasn’t connected any more.
