Someone called asking for the Accounts Payable department. They went on about how they could help send money overseas for less than my bank charges, even though I don’t even make any international transfers.

Beware, this number is apparently from BOS fraud prevention. I didn’t pick up when they called, but when I returned the call, they said they’d freeze my bank account until I showed up at the bank with photo ID. Funny way to stop scams if you ask me. I rang my bank to double-check if the number was legit, and this is exactly what they told me would happen. Quite the hassle!
