Received a call that started with a 9 as the prefix. I decided to return the call, and it turned out to be a number from Newbury. Strangely enough, I was met with an American automated voice saying, "Thanks for calling back. If you'd like to leave a message, please state your name and phone number." Quite odd, to say the least!
