They called me saying they were from my internet company, but I think it was just a scam. Pretty sure they were just pretending to be my provider.

Got a call from someone saying they were “Shirley” but using a completely different number this time. Same old story about my internet being hacked and offering a free new router if I just press 1 to talk to a technician. I keep flagging these calls but does anyone even bother doing anything about it??? So frustrating!
