This is definitely dodgy... the bloke rings you just once from a certain number, then disappears completely. He tries to convince you he's somewhere with no internet connection. Don’t hand over any details. He says his name’s Dr Roman Welte, but it’s all a con linked to dating sites online. He’ll claim he’s already sent you loads of pricey gifts before he visits. Then he’ll say a courier firm will contact you asking for extra insurance money and other charges. It’s a total fraud... everything’s bogus.
