2 yearsI got a call from a bloke who said his name was Eric and claimed to be ringing from BT, saying he was based at 1 Barham Street, London. But the number showing up was from Maidstone, Kent, and looked like a proper business. He went on about some issues with my internet, saying scammers might be taking advantage of it or something. Thing is, we don’t even have internet at our place! I just let him carry on spouting nonsense for a bit, then told him the big problem with his story was that there’s no internet here at all.
