Like some folks here mentioned, I reckon it was a spam call. They claimed they needed to chat about my vacuum cleaner - which I don't even own. They kept pushing for details but I didn’t share anything. When I asked where they got my number from, the caller just refused to answer. I tried ringing back with 141 to keep my number private, but it just wouldn’t go through.

I got a call from a number I didn’t recognise and when I tried ringing back, all I got was a recorded message saying something like “the service can’t be connected” on repeat, then it just hangs up. I tried the same thing with 01634 791210 and 01634 791215, and they did exactly the same. Pretty weird!
