As soon as I answered with a quick hello, they hung up immediately.

Terrible signal, could hardly make out what the Asian lady was saying. She told me someone wanted to get in touch with me, but that seems doubtful. Felt like a repeat of a call I got two days back from 01285303470, the voice seemed exactly the same.
