Could barely hear the person over a loud call centre buzz. They said they worked for a mobile service provider. I'm pretty sure it was some Indian call centre using a fake UK number to sound local.

I received a phone call from someone claiming to be affiliated with the Citizens Advice Bureau. He mentioned that they were launching a programme aimed at slashing my debt by fifty percent. Quite amusing, considering I’ve never found myself in debt! Watch out for this trickster if he tries to reach you too!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Newport Citizens Advice, asking if I needed help with debt. The number didn’t match the official Newport CAB one so I doubt it was them. The background was really noisy with people laughing, and the woman on the line had a pretty thick Indian accent.
