I had a call earlier that I couldn't answer, but they didn't bother to drop a message for me. Quite puzzling, isn't it?

It seems that I've received a call claiming to be from Skills Development Scotland, but they were ringing from Newport, Wales. They mentioned something about following up with school leavers from last year—not that it particularly applies to me! They were inquiring about whether we’re in employment or have joined a university. I can’t help but wonder if this is just the DWP in disguise, trying to gather some information. What do you reckon?
