I received a call from someone claiming to be from a law firm concerning a PPI claim. Foolishly, I provided them with my email address along with the dates of birth for both myself and my husband. They mentioned sending over an email that required a signature. The moment I realised something was off, I hung up and decided not to share any further details or sign anything they might send. The call occurred on the 3rd of May, 2024, at around 4:10 PM. They seemed to already know our names, which was rather concerning.
