Earlier on, I received a call from an unfamiliar number. On the other end, a gentleman with a pronounced foreign accent informed me that I was under investigation for tax evasion. He claimed to be an officer from HMRC and insisted he could take action against me. Clearly, this is a load of nonsense-it's nothing but a scam!
