+371 64418685 Got a call from this number and some bloke started going on about ISIS as soon as I picked up. I didn't say a word, but he kept going on about me being chosen to join ISIS, then just hung up. Strange and a bit creepy if you ask me.

Someone from this number rang me and when I answered, they were just talking nonsense. I asked if they spoke English and they said yes, then started threatening me, which freaked me out for a bit.
