I said no and asked them to give me a number to ring back. They told me to call 018452534001. When I dialled that, it just gave me a message saying the number wasn’t recognised. I’ve been contacted about shares I hold in Shell and Whitbread. They say they’re from some outfit called Pacific Services, but it’s a complete con. Don’t give them any info. These scammers want to swipe your personal details and might even try to push fake shares onto you.
