Got a call about some foreign insurance or PPI claim nonsense, so I just blocked the number straight away.

Got a ring from this number, seemed like it was from my area so I picked up. Turned out to be some insurance/PPI claim scammer! They’ve figured out how to spoof local numbers to trick you into answering, but I reckon they’re actually calling from abroad or somewhere else. When I asked how they pull this off, they said it’s because they’ve got servers all over the country... honestly, how is that even legal? Definitely a dodgy insurance/PPI call.
