They didn’t bother leaving a message, pretty sure it was just a scam.

I got a call from what they say is a law firm, supposedly helping hotel, B&B, and guest house owners claim compensation for lost income. The number’s genuine - when I ring it back, I get a voicemail telling me their agents are all busy, so it’s probably some kind of call centre linked to the legal firm. It’s like the PPI scam but for lost business payouts - they offer to handle your insurance claim for you, but expect a cut of what you’d get, instead of you just doing it yourself. If you’ve got a guest house and insurance, best to check your policy and file any claims on your own first. Only if you really can’t get anywhere on your own should you think about handing it over to these kinds of people.

Just got two calls earlier today, quite random I think. We run a bed & breakfast, but it's currently shut so not sure why they’d be ringing.
