I've been receiving calls from this number, but I haven't a clue who's behind it. I've decided to block it altogether.

I can confirm this is the Essential Insurance Company. We’ve taken out some policies with them ourselves. I'm unsure if they engage in any cold calling—something most folks would rather avoid—but this number isn’t associated with any scams, as far as I can tell.
