It's a crucial connection for older folks, and by pulling stunts like this, these scoundrels are really interfering with our everyday lives. Honestly, it ought to be against the law to engage in such scam calls!

The gentleman I spoke with had an Indian accent, leading me to believe he was calling from a contact centre. He introduced himself as Jack, representing "My Telephone Surveys".

I received a dodgy call presenting itself as a survey, but I’m pretty sure it’s just a scam.

Got a call from some guy who spoke with an Indian accent, started with hello and how's it going. When I asked who he was, he just ended the call right away.

Picked up the phone, and it was some call centre named My Telephone Surveys. Some bloke called Jack said I was the first person who'd been kind to him - bless me, he said! I asked what the call was about, and he said he wanted to ask a few questions. I just ended the call and blocked the number.
