Somebody rang up saying they were from all the insurance firms and rattled off an old postcode I once lived at. Didn’t hang about before I blocked the number.

Totally a scam, they were yakking about some insurance thing I don’t even have. When I asked them slowly to say the name of the insurance, they just hung up on me. I’ve added them to my blocked list now. Proper dodgy calls!

They rang me but the call was cut off right away.

Got a call outta the blue from some bloke about a “life cover review”, whatever that means. He only wanted to chat if I gave him my first name, which I told him no way. When I pushed him to give me the name of the company, he started getting weirdly aggressive. I said I’d report them for ringing me without my say-so. He said he’d take me off their list by “mistake” or whatever, but I made it clear exactly what I thought about the call.
