Absolutely appalling! When I informed him that I didn't need a will, he insisted that everyone must have one. I inquired about where he had obtained my information, and he claimed I had requested it online, which is simply untrue. Steering clear of this one is definitely advisable!

Had a rather unpleasant encounter with a call centre claiming to be from some insurance company. They became quite aggressive when I requested, in a civil manner, to be taken off their list. Remarkably, they threatened to ring me daily for the rest of eternity! Quite a nasty piece of work, if you ask me.
