Got a call about PPI claims. When I told them I wasn't eligible for PPI they just ended the call straight away.

Watch out! A guy rang about a PPI claim and wanted my info to complete the form for me. I gave him my name and address but when he asked for my date of birth, I said why don’t you just send me the form and I’ll fill it in myself so I can see which company I’m dealing with. He hung up right away. Then the next day, another call came from 08000128025, supposedly from my bank wanting more details, but I didn’t give anything. I double-checked with my bank and they said they never called me. Stay safe, everyone!

Got these aggressive sales people ringing me about PPI that I never even had. They just won't accept no for an answer. I've told them to take me off their list three times now. How on earth are they still getting hold of my phone number?!

I got Truecaller on my phone and it shows who’s calling through a text, but this one showed up as "PP f##k off I" with the letters mixed in weirdly! I’m not easily shocked by swearing, but honestly, this is just ridiculous. What the bloody hell is going on? Properly disgusting and totally uncalled for!

Pretty sure this was one of those PPI scams, she kept going on about how the fees are 36%. I kept her on the line for about 25 minutes before saying I wasn't interested. Now I'm planning to have a bit of fun with them on a new call. Best to waste as much of their time as you can. Apparently, they can only claim up to 2019. So yeah, drag it out as long as possible!

Just got a call from these lot! A bloke called Morgan told me banks aren’t giving out the full PPI cash, then he switched me over to his manager, Amy. She was proper pushy. I asked what they charge, and she said “nothing!” Then I asked again what the fees are if the claim wins, and she said 30% plus VAT. I mentioned Claimhunters only do 20% plus VAT, and she said she could do 25%. She just kept going on and on, honestly I feel sorry for whoever’s married to her, plus her voice was echt annoying! Anyway, I ended the call and blocked the number. Sorted :)

I picked up my phone at around ten to six this evening, and a bloke named Nathan introduced himself as being from Your Claims. He mentioned something about a claim I supposedly filed, but I’ve not made any such claim! I reminded him that my number is on the Telephone Preference Service and asked him to remove me from his list. He feigned ignorance and then hung up on me!

Got a call about a PPI claim. I said I’m not entitled to any PPI so they should remove me from their records. They asked me why, so I explained I never took out that kind of loan and if I had, I’d handle the claim myself since I’m a practising solicitor - surely they’d know that if they actually checked. They seemed a bit rattled, so I just ended the call. I’ve now signed up to the TPS to stop this happening again.
