I had a missed call and when I rang back, the person just left a message on my answering machine complaining that I was rude for ending the call without even telling me their name or the reason for calling. Quite annoying really!

He’s been ringing me off and on for a few months now, always asking about our commercial vehicles but never giving much detail. He insists on talking to the manager. Each time, I tell him nicely that we’re happy with who we’re using, say cheers and end the call. But both times he’s called back, telling me I’m rude for ending the conversation and that I don’t represent my company well, then just cut me off. Bit pathetic really. Going to block him now.
