I’ve been inundated with calls from this number, and they keep going on about some sort of investment scheme-something to do with a banking loan or whatnot. After doing a bit of digging online, it seems quite a few people have flagged this as a dodgy operation. Definitely sounds like a scam to me!

For several days, this number persistently called me without leaving a single voicemail. Today, I finally decided to pick up, only for them to hang up straight away. A quick search online revealed that this number is supposedly associated with a bank dealing in investments. I suspect that scammers are using number spoofing to make it seem credible. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

Got a missed call from this number, rang back and it went straight to voicemail for some company called Future Plan. Not really bothered. Blocked them straight away.

For the last few weeks, this number has phoned me more than 20 times, like twice daily, every single day. I picked up last Wednesday, about a week ago, and told the lady on the line I wasn't interested and asked her to stop calling. She had a thick accent and I couldn’t make out half of what she said. They completely ignored my request and kept ringing, so I answered again today, same woman. She went straight into her usual talk, but I cut her off and firmly told her to stop calling and to shove off. She hasn’t rung back since.

Got a call about some Mark Group insulation problem, which I actually do have. They sent a guy called Clint Fowell to take pics. Then he asked for loads of documents like my passport, a utility bill, a cavity wall contract and signatures as well. I’m feeling like I’ve been tricked. Proper gutted about it.

Got a call from someone saying they’re from Henry Banks, checking cavity wall insulation because of damp problems. They gave me an address, but it turned out to be just a storage place in Macclesfield. The number they used was 01625 466151. Definitely a scam. I’ve reported it to trading standards and action fraud already.

Henry Banks at Parum Ltd are supposed to be top notch solicitors and compensation experts, but for six years in a row they only made a few hundred quid in profits, and last year they actually lost around £3,000. Doesn’t seem like a well run company to be spending loads on direct marketing, so I wouldn’t put much trust in them. If you’ve got damp issues, better to reach out to your usual solicitors or try lawyers4U instead.

Didn’t know the number so still picked up. The lady said she was from Henry Banks Ltd and wanted to chat about cavity wall insulation from 2014. Told her I’ve never had that done. She said sorry and promised to take my details off their list. Might of dialled the wrong person but I saved the number just incase they ring back.

These people need looking into for going door to door and getting folks to sign papers right there at their home. My neighbour ended up signing two forms but had no clue what she was agreeing to. They seem to target vulnerable people just to line their pockets. Stay clear!

They’re really rude and keep ringing me even tho I asked nicely loads of times to remove my number. Bet they’ll be on the phone again tomorrow. If I were old or daft, they’d be really pushy, no doubt about it.

For anyone convinced this is a scam, here's some facts for you. "Henry Banks is a trading name of Parum Limited. Registered in England and Wales under number 07141048. Registered Office: Express Networks Building, George Leigh Street, Manchester M4 5DL." That’s the real deal. Unless you’ve actually dealt with them and got scammed (which I’m pretty sure you haven’t), I’d keep your opinions to yourself!

I thought a scam would usually ask for your bank info or some kind of payment upfront, right? I saw this and was a bit wary. Chatted to someone on the phone who convinced me to give it a go. Started back in August and recently got an offer for £16,900 to cover everything. At no point did they ask me for any money or bank details, unless you want your pay by bank transfer. I picked cheque just to be safe, and it's already cleared. Now just gotta get rid of the insulation and begin the repairs. Honestly, I reckon loads of the comments here are from people guessing without real experience.

I agree with what the previous person said. Unless they can show a legit registered business address, a working website, a business registration number, VAT number, and proof about who owns the company, I don’t think anyone’s gonna trust them. Until then, people will just make up their minds for themselves.

Got a call from Henry Banks about insulating the walls, but honestly, it’s not a scam or anything dodgy. A couple months ago they sent a guy over to take pictures and now I’ve got a claim being sorted. I didn’t even realise the damp problem was from that until they looked into it. Got a call from George at Henry Banks who was asking about cavity wall insulation done by Mark Group, which I heard went into liquidation. They must have got my number from them, claiming I agreed to be contacted, but I have all the documents and there's no sign I gave permission. Not sure what they're after so I just told them to take my info off their system.

Got a call from 0161 503 0635. The person said they were Henry Banks and wanted to talk about cavity wall insulation I supposedly had done a while back. Thing is, I’ve never had any cavity wall insulation done, and I’ve been living in my place since it was built in 1999. Sounds like another dodgy scam to me.

They keep ringing but never say a word, just puts the phone down! I looked up the number and it’s under Henry Banks, but whenever I try, their team seems too busy to answer. My block list is full up now, so I just save new ones as spam 1, spam 2 to make blocking quicker. You can’t get hold of anyone to make them stop calling and it’s seriously frustrating.
