They call at all sorts of times, sometimes not ringing for ages and then several times a week for a few weeks straight. Most of the time it’s just a long call centre beep, but every now and then the line stays open for a bit. Sometimes they ring loads in one day; today alone, they called three times in an hour. A polite woman asked for my husband by his uncommon last name, but she hung up as soon as I answered.

I'm being inundated with calls from this number-it rings both my home phone and mobile multiple times each day! I choose not to engage because I'm already aware of their identity. I've managed to block them on my mobile, but my landline, which is on the TPS register, still receives their persistent calls. It's beyond frustrating to have to interrupt whatever I'm doing just to find it’s them on the line yet again. Their behaviour is utterly relentless and really quite bothersome.

Call was totally fine. It was this really polite bloke claiming to be a Prince from Dubai, said he’d got a problem with his bank. He told me he just needed me to send some cash via Western Union to free up some locked money he tried to pull out earlier but couldn’t ‘cause he attempted to take all of it in one go. Felt sorry for him, honestly would’ve helped if I hadn’t just put the rest of my money into some casino shares being built, something an Indian chief rang me about a few days back.

From what I managed to make out in the poor quality recording, it was something like “horwood claim,” and they said on their site they deal with claims about bad cavity wall insulation. Since my place is an old 18th century cottage with no cavity walls, I just ignored it.
