I got a call again from these scammers using fake numbers starting with 01623842 or something like that. It was some automated message saying my Windows Account has been billed £299.00 and to hit the number "1" if I want to talk to an advisor to cancel. Seriously, don’t press 1 or you’re done for!

I got a call on my landline from an automated voice saying my account had been charged £299. It told me to cancel the subscription or speak to an adviser. I didn't trust it, so I just ended the call and rang my bank straight away to let them know there might be some dodgy transaction trying to go through.
