Totally a scam! Some bloke tried to send me £2006 back, but got really annoyed when I told him my bank info was wrong. Never trust these calls!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from the government about my PPI claim being accepted and that £2000 would be paid into my account. Total rip-off! The lady on the phone had an Indian accent and said she was calling from Maidstone UK. Watch out, it's a scam!

Got a call from 01622 937765 saying they were about PPI and handling some claim over £2000 to do with Blackhorse. I’ve already had a PPI refund from Blackhorse ages ago. They asked for my birthdate, which I gave, then tried to get my bank info but I said no way. Told them I’d ring back and they just ended the call straight away.

I got a phone call from someone saying they were from a PPI claims department for Lloyds bank. The person’s voice had an Asian tone. Pretty sure it was a scam.

I generally avoid picking up calls from unknown numbers. My thinking is that if it's important, they'll leave a message for me. When they don’t, I take a look on this site, and lo and behold, it’s often just another dodgy scammer trying their luck.

Picked up my phone and some bloke started coughing like mad. Then he goes on about my ppi claim being approved. Told him I never even applied, and he just cut me off. Blocked the number straight away.

He was touting some sort of compensation of £2500 for my PPI claim. What a load of nonsense! Clearly a fraudster, trying to pull a fast one. I've made it a point to block that number for good!

I got a call on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G that didn’t show up as spam with Hiyo. When I picked up, there was silence from the other end, but I could catch some foreign accents in the background. Then, after about 8 seconds, they just hung up.
