I get calls from this number multiple times daily now, and honestly, it's starting to be really annoying.

I put these idiots on block a couple of weeks back (now they just get a busy tone) but they still manage to ring me nonstop!

They ring multiple times a day between 8 in the morning and 8 at night, but as soon as you pick up, they just hang up. When you try calling back, an automated message tells you that you've missed a call from Energyhelpline and that someone will call again (and trust me, they keep calling non-stop). A quick search online shows that this number is linked to various energy and finance firms, along with some that do fundraising. Basically, it feels like a pushy call centre using annoying tactics, totally ignoring the TPS and people who are ex-directory. From the pattern of their calls over the past week, I reckon they might be sussing out when folks are home, possibly tipping off dodgy individuals nearby. Honestly, stay well away from these people.

Haha, these replies are brilliant! The one asking for their address made me laugh so much! They can be so annoying sometimes, seriously! My other half gets proper wound up by them too! It just messes with our hard-earned calm and quiet time. We just never answer the phone when it's dodgy calls, no way!

Just got a call from these lot, but the number was blocked. When I asked for their company name and address, they refused to give me any contact details. Later, I found out it was Cart Wagon Lodge, Friday Street Farm, East Sutton, Maidstone, Kent - so probably from this number or one of their many others. I told them I needed this info so I could send an invoice. The woman on the phone, who had quite a thick accent and was hard to catch, said it was just a survey and I wasn’t buying anything. I explained that I know that, but since their company is buying my info, I charge a £50 minimum plus £5 per minute, so I’d need a contact or department to bill. She clearly didn’t want the responsibility and quickly tried to get out of the conversation.

So, I got a call from this number today. I picked up since the caller ID wasn’t hidden. As soon as I said hello, the guy just said hi and immediately hung up. At first, I thought about ringing them back, but then I decided to check online to find out who it was. Luckily, I did! They haven’t tried calling me again, and I’m definitely not planning to call them.
