I received a call from a chap who detailed every single outbuilding on my land and claimed that my property would be ideal for solar panel installation. He then referred me to another individual, and that’s when it hit me that it was all a con. What's more, he even dropped the names of a few neighbours to try and lend an air of credibility to his pitch. Quite the dodgy tactic, if you ask me!
