Got a call just like that, supposedly from BT saying my line would be cut off in a day and telling me to hit 1. This time the number showing was 01626 331907. After thinking for a moment, I just ended the call without pressing anything.

Got a call from a local number that looked like it might be from BT, but it wasn’t. The recording said my internet line was about to be cut off because of some issue, and to avoid it I needed to press 1 to get through to BT. Sounds dodgy to me - definitely not from the real BT!
