I requested to be taken off their list, but they just chuckled and carried on. It's quite frustrating, to say the least!

I received a call from ‘Clear Renewable’ regarding a complimentary evaluation of our solar panels since the company that initially installed them has ceased operations. What a complete fabrication! Firstly, they seemed utterly clueless about who that provider was, even though I’m well aware they’re still operational—it's E.ON, by the way.

I received a call from 'clear renewable' offering a free evaluation of our solar panels since the company that installed them has unfortunately ceased trading. They mentioned that we should have been informed at the time of installation about this follow-up assessment being available 3-5 years later. To be honest, I don’t remember hearing anything about that, so I'm a bit sceptical.
