5 yearsI received a rather dodgy message on my answering machine from this number. They didn’t bother to identify themselves but claimed that a transaction of £600 had been made to some overseas location and urged me to press 1. Naturally, I didn’t press anything but decided to give them a bell instead from an old mobile I keep handy. To my surprise, the number wasn’t recognised at all. I also took the precaution of contacting my bank since I've had run-ins with scammers in the past after using online services. Thankfully, everything was perfectly fine with my bank.
