I received a call from what appeared to be a nearby number, so I thought I’d pick up. A rather courteous chap was on the line inquiring if I had experienced any sort of vehicle damage over the past two years. I informed him that I hadn’t, at which point he was quite apologetic for his interruption and assured me that my number would be taken off their records. He was quite amiable, but it was clear he was just working through a cold calling roster. I've since taken the precaution of blocking the number.
