Yet another strange number I’m just not picking up.

Over the past couple of days, this number has rung me up four times. Whenever I pick up, either they go quiet or ask for me before immediately hanging up. I tried calling back once, and after they answered, they just dropped the call. I’ve ended up blocking the number now.
