Got a call from some firm named LifeProtect, asking if I was interested in life insurance. When I tried to get details about their plans, the person was really patronising and just kept going over the same sales pitch again and again. They rang me several times in a row, and I ended up hanging up every time.

Got a call from someone who claimed to be ringing all their current clients. When I asked which firm he represented, he just said he worked for every life insurance company. I tried to find out if he was a broker, but he kept going on about calling existing customers about life cover, without even knowing which firm I was with. Ended up blocking the number straight away.

Got a ring from this number around 11:45 today. Not sure where the area code is from, so I just went ahead and blocked it.

for almost a week now, ive been getting calls from these lot every day. when i finally picked up, they just ended the call straight away.

i got a call from a local number but the voice had a strong foreign accent which made it hard to understand. the person was trying to ask about my life insurance and claimed they could 'upgrade' my policy with no extra cost or strings attached. i found it quite odd as i never signed up for this and just told them i wasn't interested before hanging up. also, at the start of the call, i could hear what sounded like children in the background, so maybe he was calling from his home or something.

I have no clue who keeps calling me - every time I pick up, they just hang up straight away. It’s really annoying, especially since they ring at all hours, even late at night. These calls should seriously be dealt with and stopped, as they can be pretty unsettling if you’re home alone.

Every time I pick up, there's nobody on the line. I'm not going to ring back as it tends to be quite expensive.
