I couldnt really do anything cause it was a missed call, so i just went ahead and blocked the number and marked it as spam.

Most definitely dodgy, don’t you think? This number has buzzed my phone four times now and even dropped a voicemail insisting I ring another number if I want my details scrubbed from their records. Quite unsettling, if you ask me!
