Honestly, if I needed the services of an injury solicitor or a PPI firm, I’d pick up the phone myself - I certainly wouldn't expect them to be contacting me out of the blue. It really winds me up!

I just had this young bloke on the phone speaking really quickly, trying to convince me I needed to hear him out. I got pretty annoyed and told him straight, he was just cold calling and after some cash. He admitted he got my number from some database. When I said to send me the details and I’d chuck it straight in the bin, he snapped back that they only send authorisation packs to folks who want them and promised to remove me from their list. That was after a proper row between us. Guess I’ll hold off and see what happens!

Spoke to them nicely since I once used Blemain Finance via a broker. Was hoping to get some documents about claiming up to £10,000 but never received anything. Tried ringing them back but the number just disconnects. I’ll look up Diamond Legal to see what’s what. If you haven’t done anything with companies like Blemain before, this might just be a hassle call.
