I received a rather unsolicited call the other day, and to my surprise, they knew my name! When I inquired as to their identity, a rather curt woman told me she was from the pension service. Just as I was about to express my disinterest, she cut me off and hung up faster than I could finish my sentence! Absolutely infuriating! It's like they have no manners whatsoever! Keeps ringing me nonstop but never leaves a message.
