0161 974 5840 keeps ringing me about accident claims, got two calls from them today alone. Back in 2014, RAC recovery put my info on some central accident database and ive never managed to get them to take it off. Been dealing with this for about 4 years now, with loads of different numbers apart from this one. My advice is if they ring, just say hold on a sec and leave the phone down on speaker. They’ll probably give up and waste airtime while you ignore them.

They claimed to be from some Claim Team! I told em if they dont get back to me in a day explaining where they found my details, I'll be reporting them to the ICO and FCA. Proper annoying scammy lot.

They rang me twice in less than ten minutes, same bloke both times. When I asked for the date of the accident, he got really nasty. I tried to speak with his manager, but he claimed he owned the business and started shouting loads of insults at me. Then I told him I was recording everything, and suddenly I was put through to someone else. When I asked this new guy for the accident date, he just hung up on me.
