Had to repeat myself a couple of times because the bloke on the reception at Timpson’s head office couldn’t really explain what was going on. They say there’s no complaints department, just customer service, and they acted like I was just a bit annoyed when I was properly cross. Quite frustrating!

When I asked the staff at the hubs - not the shops by Asda - how much something was, they just wouldn’t tell me the price. Proper annoying, that.
