I've had interactions with this company on a couple of occasions and I must say, they continually prompt us to pursue a claim for a loan that was supposedly mis-sold to us. The catch? I've never taken out a loan in my life! Moreover, the attitude of their staff was shockingly unhelpful and rather brash!

Received a puzzling call on my work phone the other day. Today, these individuals seemed to have figured us out. They were speaking at breakneck speed, and when we asked for their company name, they abruptly hung up. What was odd was that they knew our names, even though the phone is registered to the company. Quite strange, if you ask me!

It seems these individuals have set their sights on us now, as we've received three calls from them already. What do they believe, that they'll stumble upon some gullible souls to engage with? Their rudeness is quite astonishing. We courteously explained, “We have neither loans nor any form of credit in our lives, so we kindly prefer not to converse with you,” before hanging up. Now, we’re left anticipating their next attempt to reach us.

I keep receiving calls from these individuals, and it's becoming tiresome. I reckon I might need to be a bit more forceful to get them to stop.
