I got a call from someone claiming there was a fault with my BT broadband. I said thanks for the heads up, as I didn’t know anything about it. Then I told the caller I would get in touch with my internet company, which isn’t BT by the way. After that, the person got really rude and started swearing, using language that was totally unacceptable. I ended the call straight away.
