Over the past couple of days, I got 7 calls from the same number. When I finally picked up, the bloke kept trying to say my name, which I ignored. I asked who it was, and he said he wasn’t allowed to say. I wasn’t having any of it, said a few things I shouldn’t have and told him to never call me again.

i been getting calls from this number ever since i blocked one that looked almost identical. whenever i pick up, no one talks, i wait for a bit but they just hang up. prob gonna try sayin i’m gonna get the person they’re looking for next time, then just end the call. it’s weird tho cos even if they hang up first, the call should still be connected, right? and they’re the ones paying for the call anyway.

I just got a ring from this number. Some lady with an accent, said she was calling from Gladstone Brooke or something like that. She couldn’t even say the company name right and was trying to tell me I had PPI money coming back. Told her straight away she’s a scammer and ended the call!

Got a call from someone claiming I had £3000 waiting for me, sounded like an Asian scam, so I just blocked the number straight away.
