01618842066 and 01618843027 keeps calling me LOADS, probably like 14 times or even more every single day! They left a voicemail once but nobody spoke, just sounds like a man breathing, I think, and you can hear loads of male voices in the background like a call centre or something. This is beyond annoying now! Proper calls or emergencies can’t get through to me ‘cause these two numbers keep blowing up my phone so much every day!

Got a call from some Asian scammer using a fake UK number, chatting about an accident I supposedly had - which I knew zilch about. I decided to mess with him, kept him on the line for about 15 minutes while I was just making my dinner. Then I threw in a few short, cheeky Anglo-Saxon words, probably didn't expect that! He hung up pretty sharpish after that. 😂 Now he’s right in my blocked list, along with all the other dodgy callers.

Got a call asking about a car crash I supposedly had last year. Pretended to be interested at work and put it on speaker so my coworkers could listen. The caller didn’t seem too bright, when he asked about my car and I said ‘Hot Wheels’ he just didn’t get it. We ended up chatting for a bit though, and turns out he moved to Manchester from Pakistan when he was 8. We’re meeting up for a drink downtown next Wednesday. Should be alright.

Absolutely a scam! I'm at my wit's end trying to block these irritating calls. I've registered with the Telephone Preference Service and even set up restrictions on international numbers, yet they still manage to get through. What more can I possibly do to make them stop ringing incessantly?

Oi! Just had a right odd experience with a chap who rang me on my T-Mobile. He was prattling on about whether I’d been involved in a car crash. As a lorry driver, my mind went into overdrive, thinking I might’ve inadvertently knocked someone down and had no clue! Turns out, it was just some blokes from a call centre having a laugh. What a carry-on!

I’ve had this number buzz my phone five times over the span of three days. The initial call was a rather bizarre inquiry about whether I’d been involved in a car crash, to which I promptly replied in the negative. They ended the call rather abruptly. Yet, to my astonishment, the same number disturbed my sleep at 2 in the morning, this time with a rather unsettling proposition about purchasing sex dolls. I can only speculate that my curt response during the first encounter triggered this bizarre follow-up. It’s quite outrageous that such unsolicited calls are permitted.
