They ring up loads, and it's defo worth chatting with them for as long as you can manage. Just keep them hanging and chew up as much of their precious time as possible. It's a bit of a laugh really. I clocked in just over six minutes before the bloke on the other end started getting a bit rude when he realised the doddery old chap he was chatting to wasn’t quite as daft as he thought.
