I got called like a bunch of times in one day, but whenever I answered, no one said a word.

I just got a call from someone calling himself “John,” sounded Asian, ringing from a Manchester number, trying to talk about my pension. He knew the exact pension figure but had the wrong address number. Honestly, how are these folks getting hold of all this personal stuff? I just ended the call straightaway.

Steer clear of sharing any personal details! I had a rather unsettling experience with a caller who disconnected as soon as I requested verification of their company credentials. They lure you in with claims of being affiliated with a government programme-yet, when pressed, they couldn't furnish any specifics about it. They also brought up Lloyds Bank and pensions during the conversation. The chap had an Indian accent and was rather short with me. Best to be cautious!

AVOID SHARING ANY PERSONAL DETAILS! When I engaged in a conversation, the individual abruptly terminated the call after I requested verification of their company’s legitimacy. They attempt to ensnare you by claiming association with a government programme, yet fail to furnish any specifics regarding it. They also dropped names like Lloyds Bank and pensions. The gentleman had a noticeable Indian accent and was rather curt in his manner.

Avoid giving out any info to this outfit. They seem to have loads of personal details already and try to get you hooked by claiming it’s about some government programme. They also brought up Lloyds Bank pensions, which made me suspicious. When I asked who they really were, the person with an Indian accent wouldn’t clearly identify themselves. I refused to answer anything until they proved they were genuine, but they just ended the call. Feels fishy, maybe more than just a random cold call, though I can’t say for sure it’s a scam.

I picked up the phone, but the caller didn’t utter a word before simply disconnecting. Apparently, a few folks online reckon it might be linked to a firm providing pension guidance.

I got a call and told the guy I wasn't interested, but he got really mad and threatened to ring me like 100 times a day just to annoy me. It was honestly pretty scary.

Got a call from an Indian woman wanting to chat about reviewing my life insurance. They must have had my number but got my name and address totally wrong, which didn’t really inspire confidence. When I asked what made her qualified to give advice on life insurance, she just handed me over to someone else. The second person then claimed I was actually someone else living somewhere I'd never heard of! Eventually, she lost interest and just ended the call. Quite a strange experience.
